I am 36 years old and my husband died at age 40. We were married for 3 years, and don’t have any children. Am I entitled to a survivors’ pension?

A widow under 40 years of age and without children, is not entitled to a survivors' pension. She is eligible for a one-time grant amounting to 36 monthly allowance.
